New Residential Site Visit Policy
Effective starting March 14, 2026
To support the safety and protection of Elexana personnel, we are updating our residential fieldwork policy. Effective immediately, Elexana will no longer accept residential on-site work unless building management or a licensed real estate agent is present during the visit. This policy applies to residential inspections, assessments, and other in-person residential services.
Elexana remains fully committed to providing exceptional, world-class low-EMF residential building design and consulting services. We will continue to support residential clients through design, planning, and related professional guidance under this updated safety policy.
Also, please note: To avoid conflicts of interest and maintain the highest standards of consulting integrity, Elexana LLC does not sell EMF mitigation products, does not receive commissions from product manufacturers, and does not condition testing outcomes on the purchase of any product or service. Elexana LLC does not perform electrical contracting, construction, installation, wiring, or physical modification of electrical systems, nor does it assume authority over such work. Elexana does not design electrical systems for construction, stamp engineering drawings, or provide services requiring Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
