Any person or business claiming to own or have earned an official license for EMF Testing or claiming to be a “State-Licensed EMF Expert” is in violation of business ethics and fair business practices. • During the testing and consulting services provided by any member of ELEXANA LLC, no electrical panel cover, outlet receptacle cover, or wall plate, will be unscrewed or removed. No wires will ever be disconnected or reconnected. No change or alteration to electrical wiring will ever be made. Identifying wiring errors requires a two-step process. Step One involves non-invasive procedures conducted by your certified EMRS, only, and does not require the assistance of a licensed electrician. Step Two consists of conducting specific electrical system testing that is performed by your licensed master electrician while under the consultation of your certified EMRS. Only a licensed master electrician or person authorized and employed by the master electrician is legally permitted to change or alter any wiring associated with the electrical system in your building.
