New Build Construction EMI-EMF Design Consulting

Discover what it’s like to have a new state-of-the-art natural electromagnetic environment in a technological world.

Over the years, ELEXANA has provided EMI-EMF design consulting for several land projects, new construction data centers, mansions, homes, apartment buildings, industrial buildings, airports, logistics centers, laboratories, medical centers, hospitals, and state and local municipal buildings.

We have worked with countless construction firms, contractors, architects, electrical companies, power companies, electrical engineers, MEP engineers, pool installers, light designers, security installation companies, IT-Low-Voltage companies, video/recording designers, furniture designers, landscapers, carpenters, decorators, plumbers, inspectors, and more. These experiences have taught us the terminology, challenges, potential, and nuances of working with each.

ELEXANA is a bridge between all of these occupations. To do our jobs well, we need to be.

We must cope with the exponentially increasing amount of electromagnetic energies affecting human and equipment exposure. Enhancing our immune systems and designing immunity into our devices helps, and we do, but attenuating and mitigating human-engineered electromagnetic radiation that causes interference to everything is now “a need, not a want.”

How about having a home or workplace nearly as healthy for you as a remote beach or forest? Or having zero latencies and no malfunctions in the electronic equipment in your hospital, data center, and research facility? Or make it impervious to an EMP event?

The level at which we are involved in a project depends on the directive of the owner or the contractor. Our involvement can range from reviewing the electric blueprints with the MEP engineer and electrician, in person or online, to flying regularly to the building site to review everything involving an electron, including the design and the installations.

How to Begin a New Build Project?

We often begin a project with a raw land survey, which includes EMF testing from Earth’s DC Fields, uncontrolled AC magnetic fields, ground voltage and currents, and uncontrolled RF (radio frequency radiation) up to 60 GHz. —- Seismic, acoustic, and soil resistivity testing are often included.

Next, we meet with the architect, contractor, and everyone else on the project. Every New-Build Project has afforded us new skills and knowledge and the opportunity to meet many wonderful people. It is one of the most rewarding sectors of our work.
