ELEXANA Professional Code of Ethics

  1. At ELEXANA, our work is grounded in technical integrity, independence, and respect for those who place their trust in us. Electromagnetic environments are complex, and our responsibility is to approach them with clarity, care, and professional restraint. The following principles guide every assessment, recommendation, and engagement we undertake.

  2. ELEXANA is committed to independence in all testing and consulting services. We do not sell mitigation products, we do not accept commissions, and we do not financially benefit from remediation outcomes. Our recommendations are based solely on technical findings, engineering judgment, and the best interests of our clients.

  3. We commit to transparency and honesty in communication. We present data clearly, explain its context and limitations, and avoid overstating risk or certainty. Where scientific understanding is evolving or incomplete, we state this openly. We do not use fear, urgency, or alarmist language to influence decisions.

  4. We respect the difference between measurement and interpretation. Our role is not only to collect data, but to explain what it means, what is typical, what is avoidable, and what is practically actionable. We distinguish between correlation and causation and do not imply harm where the evidence does not support it.

  5. We prioritize engineering-based solutions. Whenever possible, we recommend mitigation approaches that address sources, coupling paths, wiring, grounding, layout, or operational factors before considering material-based interventions. When products may be appropriate, we recommend them without preference for brand, supplier, or vendor.

  6. We protect client autonomy. Our clients retain full control over decisions, vendors, and next steps. We provide information and guidance, not pressure. Our role is advisory, not directive.

  7. We maintain professional boundaries. We do not allow financial incentives, personal beliefs, or external affiliations to compromise our judgment. We continually review our practices to ensure that our incentives remain aligned with client welfare and trust.

  8. We commit to ongoing learning and humility. Electromagnetic science is complex and evolving. We stay informed, question assumptions, and refine our methods as knowledge advances. When we do not know something, we say so.

  9. This code reflects who we are and how we choose to work. We believe that ethical clarity is not a limitation, but a foundation. It allows us to serve with confidence, independence, and respect—for our clients, for the science, and for the environments we are entrusted to assess.
