No Conflicts of Interest Policy

ELEXANA LLC

At ELEXANA, independence is not a slogan. It is a core part of how we work.

Our clients come to us for clarity in complex electromagnetic environments—often in situations involving uncertainty, technical risk, equipment malfunction, workplace concerns, design decisions, or high-stakes property and operational questions. In those situations, trust matters. Objectivity matters. Scientific and technical integrity matter.

That is why ELEXANA is committed to maintaining a strict approach to conflicts of interest.

Our Principle

ELEXANA’s evaluations, measurements, interpretations, and recommendations are intended to be guided by the facts of the environment, the technical realities of the system, and the needs of the client—not by hidden financial incentives, undisclosed relationships, or product-driven bias.

We believe clients deserve to know that the guidance they receive is based on disciplined technical judgment rather than on pressure to sell a predetermined solution.

Our Commitment

ELEXANA seeks to avoid actual conflicts of interest and circumstances that could reasonably create the appearance of compromised independence.

As part of that commitment:

1. We do not shape findings to support a predetermined outcome.

Our work is based on measured conditions, technical analysis, and professional interpretation. We do not begin with a conclusion and work backward to justify it.

2. We do not allow product sales to dictate diagnosis.

Where possible, ELEXANA separates evaluation from product-driven sales incentives. We do not believe that testing should be used as a pretext to steer clients toward unnecessary or predetermined mitigation measures.

3. We do not exaggerate findings to create fear.

Our clients deserve careful, honest, and technically grounded guidance. We do not use fear-based tactics, inflated claims, or vague alarmism to influence decisions.

4. We disclose relevant conflicts where they may exist.

If a situation arises that could reasonably affect impartiality, ELEXANA will seek to identify it and disclose it appropriately.

5. We prioritize technical integrity over commercial pressure.

We do not believe every problem requires the most expensive, most visible, or most marketable intervention. When a simpler, more elegant, or less intrusive solution is more appropriate, that is the solution we aim to identify.

6. We distinguish clearly between findings, interpretations, and recommendations.

We strive to communicate what was measured, what it may mean, what remains uncertain, and why a recommendation is being made. This helps clients understand not only our conclusions, but the basis for them.

Why This Matters in Our Field.

In electromagnetic consulting, conflicts of interest can distort the work in subtle but consequential ways.

-A consultant may recommend shielding before proper diagnosis because shielding is easy to sell.
-A report may overstate concern to justify further services.
-A testing process may be structured around a favored product rather than the real source of the problem.
-A client may be pushed toward intervention before the environment has been properly understood.

ELEXANA rejects that model.

We believe the right process is to:

  • define the problem carefully,

  • measure and interpret the environment honestly,

  • identify likely causes,

  • evaluate alternatives thoughtfully,

  • and recommend only what is technically justified.

Independence in Practice

Our goal is to provide clients with work that is:

  • scientifically grounded,

  • technically disciplined,

  • clearly explained,

  • and free from hidden commercial bias.

That commitment applies whether we are evaluating:

  • EMF conditions in buildings,

  • EMI/EMC problems affecting equipment,

  • RF and magnetic-field environments,

  • grounding and bonding concerns,

  • shielding questions,

  • compatibility issues,

  • medical-device-related concerns,

  • or design and siting decisions.

Our Promise to Clients

When you engage ELEXANA, you can expect that our work will be guided by the best understanding we can bring to the environment, not by undisclosed incentives or divided loyalties.

We believe that independence is part of technical quality.
We believe that trust is earned through transparency.
And we believe that responsible consulting begins with the absence of hidden interests.

That is our standard.
