We are committed to maintaining a culture of Zero Harm based on guiding elements of our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System. Management, at every level, is responsible and accountable for:

Integrating EHS into project management processes while committing to regular improvements of the EHS management system and EHS performance.
Career development at the individual level should be considered based on EHS performance.
Fulfilling compliance obligations and requirements from interested parties.
Ensuring that our services and processes (including outsourced) are controlled or influenced during their entire life cycle stage as appropriate.
Environment protection & prevention of pollution, and implementing measures to reduce the carbon footprint.
Integrating every aspect in achieving & reviewing the EHS objectives and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure that competent employees, suppliers, and contractors are deployed to do the job safely and periodically evaluated to monitor EHS performance.
Developing and implementing sustainable Health Management Systems as per Global standards. Every Elexana employee, supplier, and contractor is expected to comply with (A) “Safety Guidelines” and actively participate in recognizing and mitigating EHS risks and opportunities at the workplace. (B.) Adhere to safe work practices and Elexana’s EHS requirements.
