ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Provide power system analysis, determine the origin and cause of fire and explosion
losses, failures of electronic equipment, appliance, and consumer product failure
evaluations, lightning strike damage, electric shock/electrocution causes, power surge
damage analysis, post-storm damage, flood, wind, hail, water intrusion, and construction
of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Provide guidance and leadership to newer colleagues and those with less experience on
complex engineering assignments.
• Consulting on power generation, grids, distribution, over-current protection, arc fault,
and ground-fault protection, installation standards of care, and arc mapping.
• Inspect losses and loss scenes at residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Investigate and assess damages and evidence due to design and maintenance failures and
determine the failure's origin for insurers and litigation support.
• Analyze and document failure analysis and causation of failures.
• Examine and test evidence in a laboratory setting and research failure modes, products,
installations, and maintenance related to findings.
• Collaborate with third-party experts to produce detailed reports outlining the origin and
cause of losses and damages.
• Document and maintain billable hours on a time and expense basis for failure analysis
and forensic engineering projects for clients.
Minimum Education and Licensing Requirements:
• A Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited
college or university is required.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is the minimum required for the resident state. We
prefer a multi-state licensing and active NCEES Record.

The company principally services four industry-leading businesses, military, institutional, commercial, and residential.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Elexana is interested in employing a newly graduated electrical engineer willing to learn specific professional methodologies to perform surveys, participate in laboratory testing, and create
reports and presentations to provide strong consulting on EMF, EMC, and EMI services nationally.
Full-Time employment.
Communicate, dress, act, and perform professionally in all instances.
Support requests for virtual as well as in-person meetings, including travel.
Plan, coordinate, execute, and report necessary steps for each project.
Prepare, process, review, and submit reports within a timely submission.
Build strong working relationships internally.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree.
Effective time management and responsiveness.
Ability to travel nationally (and globally).
U.S. Person, or eligible to obtain necessary work authorization required.
