Insomnis (Latin) means "sleepless."

For nearly 4 million adult New Yorkers this means drudgery, head aches, loss of focus and productivity, irritability, and, "Another cup of coffee, please." 

Many have tried sleep meds, sleep clinics, supplements, changing diets, quitting caffeine, and everything else, to no avail. When we tell callers that we have helped every person who has completed our program sleep again, they already have a track record of experience to justify their skepticism.

Everyday, Earth's magnetic fields shift from short daytime waves to long night-time waves, as the sun goes down. In 2016, Joseph Kirschvink proved that our brains contain biogenic magnetite (Fe3O4) which facilitates the brain's ability to sense the polarity changes during Earth's magnetic field shifts, helping the process to signal our pineal gland to begin secreting melatonin. Melatonin not only helps us to become sleepy and stay asleep, but it is the most powerful auto-immune hormone our body produces.

The WiFi routers, inside your modem, sends out 2.4 GHz or 2.4 billion and 5 GHz or 5 billion small EMF waves (approximately 5 and 2 inches long) per second into our bodies, 365/24/7. These are man-made digitally-produced unevenly-pulsed electromagnetically-charged coexisting waves and particles that are traveling at the speed of light. These microwaves can have an upsetting effect on our sleep patterns by directly interfering with our delicately produced Theta and Delta brainwaves.

With its daytime-like short and rapid waves, Wi-Fi radiation will often confound our pineal gland to stop releasing melatonin. Our body with now think it is daytime; making us feel wide awake when it could actually be 1 or 2 PM in the morning. This, of course, limits the benefits of melatonin to our auto-immune system.

Within any given location, in NYC, there are upwards of hundreds of Wi-Fi signals, thousands of cell phone signals, smart meter signals, DECT phones, wireless printers other wireless devices, and residential cell transmitters within every quarter of a mile or less. This is a big reason why almost 1/2 of all New Yorkers are insomniacs.

(Please note: taking melatonin supplements will often work at first, but they will make it even more difficult for your body to produce its own melatonin! Anyone who tells you to take melatonin supplements are also telling you that you need a new health advisor.) 

 

Stage 3.

We'll get your body back to producing the necessary amounts of complimentary neurotransmitters to help you stay asleep and help provide you with a sense of well-being throughout the day.

 

     Stage 4.

* No one has ever needed stage 4! But if you happen to need it, we may propose further EMF shielding if the radio frequency readings are still too high, make physical changes to the sleeping area, review your evening sleep ritual, add dietary changes, add our detox protocol,  stress counseling, exercise programs, and more. These are All good things for any one of us to add to our lives!
