Insomnis (Latin) means "sleepless."

For nearly 4 million New Yorkers insomnia can add up to loss of focus and productivity, headaches, irritability, and auto-immune issues. Most insomniacs have already tried sleep meds, sleep clinics, supplements, changing diets, quitting caffeine, and everything else, all to no avail.

In 2016, Joseph Kirschvink proved that our brains contain biogenic magnetite (Fe3O4) to facilitate the brain's ability to sense the polarity changes during Earth's magnetic field shifts from short daytime waves to long night-time waves. Our brain then signals the pineal gland to begin releasing melatonin which helps us become sleepy and stay asleep. Melatonin happens to be the most powerful auto-immune hormone our body produces.

If RF (radio frequencies) with their short daytime-like waves are pulsing through your skull into your brain throughout the night, (my bedroom has 57 WiFi open networks showing up on the iMac) then your brain may be getting tricked into thinking that it's morning. Many with insomnia know this feeling of feeling “tricked.”

The WiFi routers, inside your modem, send out 2.4 GHz or 2.4 billion and 5 GHz or 5 billion small EMF waves (approximately 5 and 2 inches long) per second into our bodies, 365/24/7. These are man-made digitally-produced unevenly-pulsed electromagnetically-charged coexisting waves and particles that are traveling at the speed of light. These microwaves can have an upsetting effect on our sleep patterns by directly interfering with our delicately produced Theta (5-8 Hz) and Delta (0.5 - 4 Hz) brainwaves.

Now, the brain thinks, "Oh, it's morning. Time to stop making melatonin and wake up." ...Then you wake up and realize, "Oh no, it's only 1 AM! ...and, it feels like noon!"

ELF (extremely low-frequency radiation) and strong electric fields, which every New Yorker has in their home, are EMFs that cause insomnia, too.

Within any given location, in NYC, there are upwards of hundreds of Wi-Fi signals, thousands of cell phone signals, smart meter signals, DECT phones, wireless printers other wireless devices, and residential cell transmitters within every quarter of a mile or less. We'll help get your body back to producing the necessary amounts of complimentary neurotransmitters to help you stay asleep which also help provide you with a sense of well-being throughout the day.

* No one has ever needed stage 4! But if you happen to, we may propose further EMF shielding if the radio frequency readings are still too high, make physical changes to the sleeping area, review your evening sleep ritual, suggest dietary changes, offer our detox protocol,  suggest stress counseling, recommend an exercise program, and more. These are All healthy things for each one of us to add to our lives, anyway.
